Flight schedules, hotel reservations, transport timings, and travel itineraries may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Ramshi Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other third-party service providers.

Many services arranged by Ramshi Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd. are provided by independent third parties. We act as a facilitator and are not liable for service failures, losses, accidents, or damages caused by those providers.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct personal information, travel dates, passenger details, and documentation at the time of booking. Any costs arising from incorrect information shall be the customer’s responsibility.
